Pop star, Janet Jackson, may now share the same title as Oprah Winfrey, a billionaire. Talk about money in the bank, Janet has join the billion-dollar club according to Variety Magazine.

Jackson earned $458 million during concert tours, $304 million in acting gigs like “The Nutty Professor” and “For Colored Girls,” $260 million in album sales “Rhythm Nation” and more than $81 million from sponsorships.

Janet Jackson isn’t the only one making bank in her family, her husband, Wissam Al Mana, already reached that amount of money after making his fortune in investments in the Middle East.

The power couple may now put themselves in the same category with Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg and author J.K.Rowling.

Congratulations to Janet Jackson for workng so hard for many years, now reaching her peak at billionaire status. We all know the “Escapade” singer deserved it.

Jay-Z is out grabbing the biggest clients for his sports agency Roc Nation.

After signing Robinson Cano and Skylar Diggins, the rapper/mogul snatched up one of the biggest quarterbacks to come out of the draft in Geno Smith.

The player fired his agents from the Select Sports Group after falling out of the first round in this years draft, before being drafted by the New York Jets.

Although Smith will be held to a four year contract under the rookie scale rules, he is set to earn a big check if he proves successful after the contract is up.

Birdman is trying to rebuild the Cash Money brand, and lately he has been doing that by signing artist such as Bow Wow, and Busta Rhymes.

Now the mogul decided to sign Paris Hilton to the label to bring a new pop/house flavor to the station.

Telling Showbiz 411, the artist will be working with producer Afrojack for her first album. She told the site that, “it’s really going to be house music.”

You can expect new music to come from Hilton during the summer this year.

Maybe there isn’t any bad blood between Kim Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend NFL player Reggie Bush.

Reggie Bush recently revealed that his ex-girlfriend sent him a text message congratulating him on the birth of his daughter with fiancé Lilit Avagyan.

Shocked when he saw the text message he revealed to the magazine that he did respond with a “thank you.”

Just hours after the news came out about the couple getting back together, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran was involved in an accident in Los Angeles.

The two are doing well after a Mercedes Benz rear-ended Brown’s Range Rover. Brown exchanged information with the driver, and both went on their merry way.

Rumors swirled yesterday, as a report suggested that Rihanna wished him well with his ex.

J.Cole is a confident man and know how to deal with the competition. The Roc Nation rapper has decided to move up his album release to compete directly with Kanye West.

Cole’s sophomore album “Born Sinner” was originally due June 25, but has changed the date to June 18, the same day Kanye’s “Yeezus“ is scheduled to hit stores.

According to J.Cole he said the move was intentional.

“Kanye West is one of the greatest artists of our generation. Which is exactly why I’m moving my release date up,” he told Billboard’s The Juice .

Once Cole witnessed  Kanye’s tweet about the June 18 date, he knew what he had to do.

“Instantly the lightbulb [turned on]… it got real. I made one phone call to somebody that would know, just to make sure first. As soon as I got it confirmed, I was like, ‘Yo…’ The idea hit me instantly: ‘You got to go to that date.’”

Cole looks forward to facing off with his idol on the charts.

“I’m not going to sit [here]… I worked too hard to come a week later after Kanye West drops an amazing album. It’d be like, ‘Oh and J. Cole dropped too, a week later.’ Nah. I’m going to go see him on that date. He’s the greatest. So it’s like, I’m a competitor by nature so it was instant, it wasn’t even a thought.”

The rappers new release date is a testament to how he feels about his work feeling, he’s ready for the competition.

“It’s a definitestatement about how I feel about my album, which is confident,” said Cole, whose debut Cole World: The Sideline Story debuted at No. 1 in October 2011, selling 218,000 copies in its first week.

J.Cole and Kanye won’t be the only artists dropping albums on June 18, MacMiller’s “Watching Movies With the Sound Off” and Kelly Rowland’s ”Talk a Good Game” are also slated for release that day.

Singing contest T.V. show “The Voice” has made incredible ratings in its past few seasons.

Currently singers Shakira and Usher have been holding it down during season four which will soon accompany  Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera during seasons five and six.

Although seasons five and six have already been figured out, Cee Lo Green explains to E! News, they’re already in the works for “The Voice” season seven.

The singer claims he’s not at “liberty to say” much, he revealed, “They’ve got till at least season seven in terms of talks and negotiations.”

 ”It’s completely genuine and I love what everyone is doing,” he said. “They’ve kept the tradition going. Much love to Shakira and Usher.”
