Justin Bieber Being Sued For Ear Damage?
According to TMZ, a mother who took her daughter to a Justin Bieber show is now suing because she claims the show ” permanently damaged both of [her] ears.”
Stacey Wilson Betts claimed the incident took place when her daughter to see his show in Portland, Oregon in 2010.
In the lawsuit Betts said Bieber,
“created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.”
As a result of attending the show, the mother now claims she suffers from tinnitus, which which causes a constant pulsing, whooshing sound that makes it hard to sleep, and other damage to her ear.
She is asking for $9.23 million in damages from the event that night.
