[Music News] @Liltunechi Says He Won’t Release ‘Tha Carter V’ Until Next Year in @ESPN ’2012 X Games’ Interview

Lil Wayne SB 01 600x400 e1341727346304 [Music News] @Liltunechi Says He Wont Release Tha Carter V Until Next Year in @ESPN 2012 X Games Interview

Lil Wayne hasn’t put an album in almost a year. Surprisingly it looks like the mogul is in no rush to put his next project Tha Carter V before 2012′s end.  Weezy, who is an avid skateboarderparticipated in a live chat with fans for ESPN‘s 2012 X Games coverage last week. During his fan conducted interview he revealed that  “[Tha] Carter V will come mostly likely next year”.

Wayne‘s last album Tha Carter IV dropped in August 2011  shortly after he was released from jail.  It spawned break-out hits including “6 Foot 7 Foot” and “She Will.” The release sold an impressive 964,000 copies in its first week.

I hope Tunechi is cookin’ up something special for us.

In other news, when asked about the names of  new Young Money artists Weezy said, “ There’s a few of them: We the future, there’s a kid name toron, PJ Morton and others.”
